Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration and Security
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bd86. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bd86 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd86 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bd86 does not charge transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
- 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bd86 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods.
- 2Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. bd86 cannot guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment processors.
- 3Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, unless bd86 expressly approves an alternative method following a written request.
- 4bd86 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, bank statements, or enhanced KYC documents.
- 5Any deposits identified as originating from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained funds will be reversed in full. The associated Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
bd86 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotional offer.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
One Bonus Per Player
Each promotional offer is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple Accounts will have all associated Accounts closed and bonuses forfeited.
Bonus Validity
Bonuses and free spins expire after the period stated in their respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings not yet converted to real money through wagering will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.

bd86 reserves the right to withdraw or withhold any bonus, and to close any Account, where bd86 determines in its sole discretion that a Player has exploited, abused, or misused any promotion, including through coordinated group play, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use bd86 solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
- 1Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
- 2Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over bd86.
- 3Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including collusion in live poker or live dealer games.
- 4Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or evading any restriction applied by bd86 to your Account.
- 5Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bd86 staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by or associated with the Platform.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
All content available on the bd86 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, video, audio, user interface designs, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd86 or is licensed to bd86 by the relevant third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of bd86. Unauthorised use of bd86's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if bd86 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bd86's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
bd86 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, bd86 may also notify Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Continued use of bd86 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, bd86 encourages Players to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bd86 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bd86 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.
